Set shader model set to 0 in dxvk config

Issues:

Loads slowly into the game after cutscenes
Bloom in the UI
If you set the game to boot right to another level, it appears to just crash. This did not happen on older builds of remix

Notes:

Works fine, almost no issues
Must have shader model set to 0 in dxvk config
Works best with an HD patch
